Applying to Hendrix

Admission decisions are based upon academic competence and preparation, dedication to learning, and motivation to participate fully in the Hendrix community. Hendrix is nonsectarian in its admission decisions. We seek students of varied interests and talents, representative of many social, economic, and geographical backgrounds. Admission is not limited by age, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin of the applicant. Hendrix expects students to demonstrate their seriousness of purpose by participating in a college preparatory curriculum throughout their high school careers. 

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply to Hendrix College. You may the Common Application or Hendrix’s own institutional application. Hendrix has no preference between the two applications.

The Common Application

Please note: You will receive correspondence via email from the Hendrix Office of Admission confirming our receipt of your application. You will also receive an email from The Common Application confirming your submission. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact The Common Application.
