Registration and Abstract Submission
To register for the meeting and submit an abstract please use our
online registration and abstract submission form. Your registration will be finalized when payment is received. The deadline for abstract submission and registration has been extended to Friday, March 8.
Abstract submission is now closed. You can continue to register as an attendee.
Cost of Registration and Membership
Membership dues for the academy are typically due when registering for the annual meeting. The membership fees are $30 for regular members and $15 for student members. This year the cost of meeting attendance is $60 for regular members and $40 for students and includes admission to the banquet. Student registrants are not required to become AAS members but are encouraged to do so.

We are accepting payment through check and credit card via PayPal.
