National Library Week
Celebrate libraries during National Library Week, Apr 6-12!  Peruse our reference desk display, appreciate a library staffer, check out a book, or just come and enjoy our space!

National Poetry Month
April is National Poetry Month.  Dive into some slim volumes from Bailey Library's rotunda display, or pen a poem, and we'll add it to our display!  Send submissions to libraryreference@hendrix.edu.

Academic Assistance

• Find peer learning in the Learning Commons, Snoddy Computer Lab, Seminar Room, and Reading Room, Sun-Thurs evenings. Places, subjects, and hours are on the Peer Assistance website.
• Writing associates are available in the Writing Center to help with any writing endeavor.
• Need some help starting that research paper?  Book an appointment with a librarian or library associate!

HDX Bike Shop
The Bike Shop will resume regular hours (Mon-Thurs, 4:30-6:00 pm) beginning Mon, Feb 3.

New Resources
The library recently acquired online access to Science, which you can browse or search. Also new are additions to the legal/government database HeinOnline, including Indigenous Peoples of the Americas (History, Culture & Law), Business & Legal Aspects of Sports & Entertainment (BLASE), Animal Studies (Law, Welfare & Rights), and the National Survey of State Laws.
