Director of Signature Events and Stewardship Joins Hendrix

Experienced donor relations professional Bree Luckey brings expertise and vision to enhance efforts

Bree Luckey_web.jpgCONWAY, Ark. (September 9, 2024)—Hendrix College is pleased to announce Bree K. Luckey as Director of Signature Events and Stewardship. She began her new role September 3, 2024. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Bree to the Hendrix community,” said Hendrix Vice President for Advancement Dr. Meredith Brunen. “Her extensive experience and innovative perspective will be instrumental in enhancing our signature events and developing a formal stewardship program. Bree’s commitment to a donor-centered approach aligns seamlessly with our mission and values.” 

Prior to joining Hendrix, Luckey worked at Tanner Medical Foundation in Carrollton, Georgia, where she excelled as a communications and annual giving specialist. In this role, she led annual giving initiatives, managed digital media platforms, and provided critical event planning support. 

Throughout her career, Luckey has demonstrated a deep commitment to service and philanthropy. She served as president of Rotaract of West Georgia for 2023-2024 and was actively involved with the Carrollton Dawnbreakers Rotary Club. Last year, she was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Rising Star by West Georgia Living Magazine.

A Michigan native, Luckey earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina. She and her husband, Drew, reside in Little Rock and are expecting their first child.
