Meta-Analysis of Economics Research Network

MAER-Net’s website has moved to http://www.maer-net.org/.  See you there.

Welcome to the Meta-Analysis of Economics Research (MAER) Network. MAER-Net is an international network of scholars committed to improving economic science through meta-analysis. The purpose of our network is to serve as a clearinghouse for research in meta-analysis and economics and to improve the communication among scholars in this rapidly growing field.

Join our network by e-mailing: Stanley@Hendrix.edu

We also welcome political scientists, medical researchers, sociologists and others who are interested in using and developing meta-analysis to improve science—especially those who wish to integrate non-experimental research in an objective and ‘scientific’ manner.

MASS—Meta-analysis Archive for the Social Sciences

Deakin university’s Lab for the Meta-Analysis of Research (DeLMAR) hosts a meta-data archive. We encourage all meta-analysts to make the data from their published research publically available. Contact Tom Stanley (Stanley@hendrix.edu) to post your meta-data.

Reporting Guidelines:

At our 2012 MAER-Net Colloquium and afterwards, MAER-Net produced guidelines for the reporting of meta-analyses in economics, which we hope all will follow.
